Hi Nengah. Shipment has arrived safely. I have had a chance to see the carvings. Looking absolutely fantastic. All the new carvings especially the kingfishers are excellent. Really hoping for a good year as the economy isn't too good here. Thanks to the carvers who really did an amazing job this time. Thanks to everyone who worked to get it all packed and shipped. Hopefully be able to resume next year. 👍😃❤️😀

FYI below. When will 2nd container be on water? Also some great feedback - not ONE piece damaged. Guys at Cargo Transport in Bne who received and unloaded container for me said that’s the best packing they have seen for quite a while!!!! They were all very impressed. RIM Cargo handled every aspect of our container shipment professionally. Pak Nengah at RIM ensured that all items were professionally packed , they built a crate for art works and they had lined the container with thick corrugated paper so if items moved during shipment they wouldn't get damaged. We do recommend when you are shipping anything invest in using a lot of bubble wrap it certainly contributed to protecting all breakables. RIM can supply it . After the final unpacking once the container arrived at it's international destination and and was cleared by customs that there was no damage to any shipped item. Due to Australian Quarantine I asked RIM if I could attend the fumigation and witness it RIM arranged this and gave me a certified copy of the fumigation certificate. Because there were a number of personal wooden items they were all packed together in specific marked cartons to facilitate the AQIS inspection. When the container arrived Australian Customs and Quarantine was given the typewritten detailed packing lists ( we prepared them ourselves and them to RIM and Customs and AQIS both stated it was one of the most organised and well packed shipments they'd ever seen better than many brought in by importers! They also cleared us quickly without any problem. RIM successfully handled all documentation and insurance and communicated and followed up with us. We can highly recommend them and will use their services again if we choose to ship cartons or a container.

If you want to ship anything out of Bali, Nengah and his team offer the best seamless service helping you through all the steps, We have been using Rim cargo for over 10years and they are an integral part of our Interior business and have never had an issue with the quality of the packing and preparation of the paperwork. I would highly recommend using Rim Cargo for all LCL and Container load shipments.
