We talked to a couple of other freight ompanies, but from the very first the Rim Cargo staff were the only people we felt confident to dealwith... and we were right. Staff kept us in regular touch with what was needed and what was happening and at all times I felt that we were in good hands - and for an amateur like me sending things to my home I really didn't know the first thing about organising a container and I was quite nervous. glad to report that everything went smoothly - and the packing was simply magnificent!!! Every precious thing arrived intact!! The only problem was when it came to manpower to unpack at this end..the timorese day bed needed five men and a chainsaw to get inside (the chainsaw was needed to move a tree, not cut up the day bed)!! The only problem was from the fumergation where a number of cartons were soaked in fumergation liquid at the front of the container which needed thorough washing, and in some cases, touch-up repaint which we did. This was beyond your control, Nengah, so please tell the fumergation company this complaint. Retail sale are still slow in Australia, so will not be back for some time. Thank you, Nengah, also Ketut. Even though in the 177 boxes there were many items of a breakable nature, not a single breakage occurred. This was despite Australian officials unpacking the entire container in Melbourne, before the goods came on to us at Clunes, 150 kilometers from point of unpacking, on two regular trucks.
